E-commerce Specialist
Role Specific Responsibilities:
  • Contribute Actively: Play a vital role in  supporting and executing e-commerce strategies to drive sales, enhance the  customer experience, and boost online presence across various selling  platforms
  • Blend Skills: Utilize a mix of analytical  acumen, technological proficiency, and marketing creativity to effectively  promote both private and branded OTC medicines and supplements
  • Engage Cross-Functionally: Collaborate  closely with various internal teams and external partners to align  e-commerce initiatives with broader corporate objectives
  • Drive Digital Innovation: Act as a digital  champion, identifying and implementing innovative solutions and practices  to stay ahead in a competitive e-commerce landscape
  • Support Corporate Goals: Work towards  achieving key performance indicators and sales budget objectives outlined  by the Director of E-Commerce and senior leadership teams
Experience Required:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or  related field
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in  e-commerce, online sales, or digital marketing Familiarity with e-commerce  platforms and tools such as Pacvue, Perpetua, Criteo, Shopify, Klaviyo,  and others
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to  interpret and translate data into actionable insights
  • Proficient in SEO practices and content  creation for online product promotion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication  skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and  projects efficiently and effectively
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to take  initiative and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively
